2. Доступ до спільноти- Доступ до спільноти є платним.
- Оплата надає повний доступ до всього контенту одразу після підтвердження оплати.
3. Платіжні умови та повернення- Повернення коштів можливе протягом 24 годин після оплати.
- Відмова від спільноти після 24 годин не передбачає повернення коштів, оскільки доступ до всього контенту надається одразу.
4. Використання спільноти- Дозволено: підписуватись на розсилку, переглядати контент.
- Заборонено: використовувати спільноту для незаконних дій.
5. Обмеження відповідальностіФОП Ременюк Маргарита Володимирівна не несе відповідальності за технічні збої платформ та Telegram.
6. Застосовне правоЦі умови регулюються законодавством України та GDPR ЄС, якщо користувач перебуває на території Європейського Союзу.
7. Зміни умовМи залишаємо за собою право змінювати ці Умови. Усі зміни публікуються в спільноті та набирають чинності з моменту публікації.

2. Access to the community- Access to the community is paid.
- Payment grants full access to all content immediately upon confirmation of payment.
3. Payment and refunds- Refunds are available within 24 hours of payment.
- Cancellation after 24 hours does not entitle the user to a refund, as full access to all content is granted immediately.
4. Use of the community- Allowed: subscribing to newsletters, viewing content.
- Prohibited: using the community for illegal activities.
5. Limitation of liabilitySole Proprietor Remeniuk Marharyta Volodymyrivna is not responsible for technical failures of the platform or Telegram.
6. Applicable lawThese terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine and the EU GDPR, if the user is located in the European Union.
7. Changes to the termsWe reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions. All changes are published in the community and take effect immediately.
